We are seeking to appoint a Curriculum Lead (Communications) at Medina College. The Curriculum Lead will provide a learning environment which embraces opportunities for all students by securing high quality learning and teaching. The role will support our vision of ensuring that students achieve their full potential both as students at our schools and as global citizens.

The Curriculum Lead will provide effective leadership and management across the Faculty as required and thereby build and maintain an effective teaching team which continually enhances the quality of learning and achievement, monitors student progress, and addresses any concerns.

Medina College is part of HISP MAT. We believe in building excellent educational environments that inspire and unlock potential in all of its school communities. There are multiple schools within the Trust, covering the age ranges from nursery to 19 with plans to expand and grow quickly across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth.
